Thread: Feedback: Jedi Bugs and Issues
1. Bugs with Saber Polearm
So far all I've tested is saber polearm...took me 2 hours to find the recs for just that one saber. And so far...its a great weapon, however the intimidate attack does NOT give intimidate. Also, the area attacks DO NOT WORK. Other than that...the only major bug with lightsabers, lairs are immune to saber damage now apparently =(.
2. Weaken
Right now, weaken can be stacked over and over, and if you toss on the speed boost from the enhance tree, 3 seconds later your screwed. Even if you manage to kill the force wielder, you go to 1 hp. Personally I think 1 weaken per person, with an effect much like KD, only every 30secs per target. Or option B. Make it a true status ailment, only one person can put it on the target, however increase it's strength to compensate for this.
Thats all I got right now
Also, I'm seeing some of the saber 'cert' problems that others are reporting too (but my toon/skills are all messed up to, along with many others).

Respectfully,
background : My character is Brawler 0400, BH 4000, novice artisan (just to get resources - seesh), novice lightsaber
BUG 1) hen I kill with rifle or 1-h weapon I do not get any combat xp. This means I cannot progress in areas I might want to. For example fencer 0001.
Issue 1) novice force sensitive has 1 power - scare animal. but cannot use this power with 300 force pool?
Issue 2) need a seperate bounty hunter thread.
Issue 3)BH - I've only seen the same 3 names appear for missions. It doesn't seem right with all the jedi using force powers in duels there should be more missions generated.
Issue 4) BH - killed a jedi - did not gain faction or get any perk. it wasn't a mission.
Major Problems on TC 2...
Many people have gon to their Jedi trainers via the /findmytrainer and have surrendered all their skills as it has asked ("You must free 249 skill points" is asks) and then they do not have their experience refunded to them, but yet start out literally as a level one player with no experience or abilities. The downgrade from Padawan to initiate, as the trainer only offers to teach them initiate. You have lots of "Jedi" walking around asking to learn unarmed 1 cause they surrendered it!!! What are you going to do for these people who assumed what their trainer was telling them was correct?
Secondly, others have no Jedi specialization... they have got Jedi skills such as Force Progression, ect.. but absolutely no abilities in the Jedi tree such as Force Defense or Lightsaber. Therefore having no base abilities nerfs them....
Basically, this was a horrible experience. You through like a thousand people into the game with no idea what each skill meant or how it would effect their character.... (How many people went ranged defense in their Jedi tree BUT can only gain jedi experience using a melee LIGHTSABER???) You have a lot of people who absolutely nerfed themselves... (So you wasted points in force healing but have no medic or doctor abilities? ME TOO!) You need to remirror TC or reinstitute the ability to choose specialization now that further information has been provided regarding the skill trees.
Thanks you.
Game Play Problems:
- When you first get on the game, and you get to pick all the additional new skills from the Skill Trees, the new skills take up Skill Points. Say for example, i wanted to take up Novice Lightsaber, and every other skill in that tree up to Master Lightsaber. That's already roughly 65 skill points deducted from the total of 250 skill points. The problem is this: We are directing 65 skill points or more to all these new skills, and we can't even craft lightsabers because it would take another 250 skill points to take up the Jedi Initiates box located in the Jedi Padawan Tree.
- Since in the Force Progression Tree, it says we have Jedi Initiate and Padawan, but how come we don't have the Jedi Padawans Tree all filled up from Initiate to Padawan? It's because of this, Jedi Players in-game can't even make, survey, construct lightsabers with all the new featuers in the system on TC2.
- A nice wookie thought me in-game how to be a Jedi Knight in the Force Progression Tree, but how come I don't have all the skills andthe otherJedi Knight's Box highlighted under Jedi/Dark Jedi Profession Trees? What is the difference between the two? Why is it I have the title, but that's about it?
- Artisan Trainers are not allowing us to learn Novice Artisan, thus, not helping us allow to test out the new Saber features of the game.
- We can't learn any of the new Force Sensitive Skills we choose at the begining of the game after we surrender the skills points to other skill.
