ohh yeah and love the new exploit..


something one person from the opposite faction can do something to the maintenance and cause it to rapidly decay resulting in bases being destroyed.

/agree Those two guys from the screenshots should most definately be banned immediately and permanently. Sedro was one, forgot the other.

Imperial NPCs aggro and attack me (an IMP) in Mos Espa if I use any AOE attack.

NPCs around bases are aggroing each other if one of them uses a grenade or AOE resulting in at-sts fighting their own troopers, turrets killing their own at-sts and they're probably all going to be shooting at you.

You can now target bases and destroy them by beating their maintenance condition down to nothing -vulnerable or not.

Utterly rediculous.

Bugs of this magnitude result in people quitting the game. This can (and already has) cost players (including me) THOUSANDS of faction points. Most people won't complain when they lose high cost faction items in combat - that's what they're for. It is completely unacceptable however, to lose your base/at-st/turret/troops because they were fighting with your other base/at-st/turret/troops due to some TEF bug and/or /target bug. We gonna see mass refunds on this stuff? Doubtful.

I have played this game EVERY day since it launched and I have never been as disgusted with any bug I've seen to this point. It has left a very bad taste in my mouth and quite honestly has made me wonder if this type of thing is worth paying for - and I LOVE this game.

The fact remains that a code bug has deprived me and many others of a good deal of time and effort. It is my sincere hope that this issue will be at least acknowledged officially so that people at least have notice that there is an issue. Basically, I'm looking for somebody to step up and say 'Yeah we screwed up. Sorry, we're working on it.'

Will that bring back the 13,000 faction points I'm out, or the untold thousands other people are out? No.
But at least I will get the idea that somebody does indeed give a damn.

Initial flame damage for the FT seems to have gone up. There are reports of several people being 1-shot with flamesingle2 doing over 3k damage in pvp while trying to test fireblankets.

Reverse tef seems to be back. We had bases attacking eachother lastnight.

The 60 second covert on login/shuttle jump seems to have disappeared.

what happened?

I like the new look of the Storm Commando trooper but why oh why did you remove the imperial command hat ? I visited 5 or more recruiters and NONE offered the hats

  1. Bases can be targeted and shot to death (0/100000) next maintenance sweep = poof

  2. People can deploy turrets, enter the base as a covert, declare, and shhoot at attackers from inside. Attackers cannot enter till turrets are down, good luck taking out turrets when exploiter is shooting at you from INSIDE the base with his CM/Rifleman skills.

Probably because they cant seem to make the hat fit people's head properly

Um, is it normal for someone to place a turret than have everyone get kicked out during vulnerable time? We were raiding a base this afternoon when the base was vulnerable (no turrets yet mind you) then all of a sudden we are all kicked out and mind posioned (because when we got kicked out we were all bunched together) because someone placed a turret.


Why is this fair? Why is it that they can place turrets during vulnerable times and have us all kicked out? They felt they didn't need them before, and through that they must risk losing a base without a defense.


I don't know if this is intentional or a bug BECAUSE YOU ARE NEVER CLEAR ON THESE THINGS.


Why can't you put in a code where they can't place ANY defenses during vulnerable times.

The bases are messed up bigtime. From all the things described above. As for the Covert to Overt thing, you have plenty of places to avoid this. There are many cities where imp presence is non existent

Defending players can still run in and do the


/declare;

/shutdown



macro.


Happened to us 2 times today. (2 different bases)


Hope this is getting fixed. I thought there was supposed to be a 5 minute timer on over defenders before they could do the /shutdown command?

I was at a cluster of bases north of Theed last night (on Infinity). An individual (not me) trained a peko peko albatross into the middle of the cluster so that the AT-STs and troopers would help him with it. Next thing I know a bunch of stormies and AT-STs turn up, announce to a medium dish turret that it is under arrest for attacking an imperial stormtrooper, and proceed to die in a flurry of turbo-lasers. Still, the base owner would be a bit miffed when he turns up and finds his turret down by 8%.


I guess the turret may have an area attack which took a stormtrooper in in its cone, provoking the arrival of the second group? I noticed the troopers and AT-ST that turned up were yellow to me even though I was an overt Imperial (ie they were attackable-non-aggro, not that they conned yellow), but I'm a law-abiding Imperial citizen who passed her only scan, so I imagine this may be normal for Crackdown spawn.


I took screenshots at the time, mainly for humour, partly for the base owner, but they are available, somewith combat spam visible.

I do not like being forced Overt. I can understand a TEF if i am scanned and found to be a rebel, but to be forced Overt is not right. If I want to PVP in this game, I can. I know how to declare. There are reasons that I do not.


Being forced Overt against my will is not fun. It does not add to my enjoyment of this game. All it does is annoy me.
