i have a very important question. lets say i loged into tc last week for about 20 mintues, ill go ahead and assume that ill be gettign a padawan (what dumb luck if i do). now lets also say that perhaps my tc character was deleted shortly after logging out of tc, will that affect my ablility to participate, that is of course if my tc character was deleted and if 20 mintues was enough to even get flagged.

Well he said they flagged characters who had been on TC in the last 2 weeks. If you were on and IF you were flagged but then deleted your character its probably safe to assume you are no longer flagged since you would now have to create a new character on TC which is after the cutoff.

(I'm going to get flamed for this)
Why not let some MBH copy their char in TC2 at some point in the test? That way you can also check visibility, Jedi fighing capability against their "natural hunter" and will also let you (SOE) see how will be the BH/Ligh Jedi/ Dark Jediinteraction that will eventually will happend on the live servers
Anyways...flame away

Ahhh, next week is all my reviews and final exam dates! AH well!
The one thing I'm looking forward too is seeing devs in their robes and Jedi without armor/buffs fighting in newbie/no clothing!
Well, maybe armor/buffs for some vet. tc people, but atleast not everyone. This should be good. I'll be participating.

One further note: I never was one to rub good fortune in anyones face, but... Looks like the ID's get the last laugh. A large number of ID's pre-planned and pre-leveled to test out the ID minipublish in it's entirety. Because of this, I am sure that many of the Jedi seen in the Padawan stage will be the Image Designers ridiculed of late.
That's ironic. As a former MID I logged onto test center before the ID publish to help the IDers test out the new patch. I was actually useful too, as one of the MIDs there need a rodian to help out. Now that I think about it my logging in coincided with the flagging period. Talk about dumb luck!

Remember, it's not just going to be Jedi on TC2. The description JustG gave in his other post said that they're copying all of TestCenter over, presumably as-is (like they did with TestCenter-Bria earlier this year). So any character you have on TC should also be on TC2. The "flagging" would probably just upgrade the characters (or have some other setup) to Padawan for TC characters who logged in during the period or Jedi Knight for characters sharing an account with an active Jedi on Live.
So.....any MBH characters on TC should be having a field day next week.
I personally find it funny that the majority of Padawans will likely be ex-Image Designers who were testing their mini-publish.
And I'm keeping my fingers crossed. My last TC login before the cutoff date was May 3rd. Depending on how "two weeks" is interpreted, it might count.

So....... does that mean that if i use my TC char to help others test out the new publishes that i'll be getting a padawan for a bit? if so,I thank the maker for the invention of helping!

Hehe well, it was a good thing the servers were down extra on may 12th for the ID publish, otherwise...hehe
I'm looking forward to testing this out, all the changes sound well and I hope they work in practice

i have another important question, honestly i need a dev to answer me or at least someone to tell me "dont worry you fine". Im pretty sure i created my tc toon on may 11th and played for about 20 minutes. after getting annoyed with no bike(and not noticing the rent-a-bike) i logged out. then i decided rather than waste 2 gigs on my computer just to play a new toon i deleted tc from my computer. i just find out that i maybe eligible to test a padawan, so i reinstall tc. i double check my log to make sure it was may 11th that i was on tc but my log is telling me that my first log was tonight, when i logged on for about 15 minutes. normally i wouldnt worry, but on the date of starting my tc toon i uninstalled and reinstalled galaxies on my computer and when i checked my mains log it still shows my first log in last july. should i be worrying or am i being a panicy baby?
