I changed my e-mail address around three weeks ago and haven't received the July newsletter. I received all others before it though. I also made sure that I was still subscribed to it when I changed my address.

I've checked my email settings, I've changed which address the email is supposed to go to, turned on *all* of the Station.Sony.com junkmail and I have still never received a newsletter.

I contacted a TSR in live chat about four days ago, and got it the next day.
