I understood this was only for stand alone turrets. Was this applied also to all turrets even ones in bases?

Hey G,
If ya can't tell we are very happy with the new starport times.
Edit: They just want us to spend more money in travelling. Its all about SOE!!

I havent tested it yet, but the biggest concerns for commandos was that this was the second time our DOTs have been hurt.The current DOT damage on them was not enough to warrant the added chance of them not hitting the target. Since our timers on specials are so long, we cannot rely on initial damage like other classes. The DOT damage was a little kick to help with an 8 second delay.
Combat: Fixed bug that caused Fire & Bleed DoTs to not stick as frequently as they used to. There will still be the 5% chance to resist Fire or Bleeds that exists for all DoT resist checks.
However, if the above fix truly was implemented then it is not so bad. Just letting our concerns be heard.

This is a HUGE publish I think. Nice going devs. As you can tell, anytime you balance a combat prof thats overpowered, 99% of us love it. Thats why so many of us are upset about the CB delay. With little miny publishes like this though. I for one will continue to stick around. One of my main problems was starport time as well. I know alot of people said it didnt fit continuity, but lots of things don't. You saved me a ton of wait time, THANKS!!

New starport times is nice, but now I will not have as much time to heal player wounds as they wait for the shuttle

Just because someone has to complain...
Decreased Starport times - gee, why don't we just add point to point teleportation into the game now, and we can explain it away as a massive physical disturbance in the Force! 
I suppose this makes a lot of people happy...but I'd love to see your guy's plan for making Starship travel more desirable than the public transports if we're able to move around even more quickly on them! Smuggling (and I'm not a smuggler, never have been, just talking from a fictional POV) depends greatly on the difficulty in getting from point A to point B.
One change for good sometimes has repercussions down the line!
