The Fire Blanket is highly effective, however this is balanced by the huge mind drain (240 on me) this command uses... I would judge this a very good addition to the system.

This item removed the burn completely 11 times out of 11 when I tested it (I am a Master Doctor...) 10 times on several others and once on myself.
