The point at which playing becomes too difficult, at which fun turns into loss, is the point at which our game becomes your game. You walk out of bad movies. You change radio stations when the songs are consistantly not your favorites. You don't go back to the resturant when the service is continually poor.

Every player's dissappointment is a another step closer to a closed game account. With every passing day, Sony feels more like theHMO trying desperatly to get out of every penny possible instead of providing the service they are paid for. We pay for fun. When you don't deliver fun, people quit paying.

Come on Dev gang. This is a game, not real life. These are imaginary credits.Sony's stock holders are not going to lose real money because you refund or compensate virtual people for virtual losses TOTALLY beyond their control. If you can't fix the in-game problems, then deliver in-game customer service to make up for it.
