Well, my guildmate and I have joined the ranks of the borked. I am doing the crafter mission and 20 minutes after accepting it, I get the message that "Crafting mission failed" and it's gone from my quest journal although I had already made some of the ten components needed. And the droid I give them to in the village still has the correct tally, so what the heck?

My guildmate is doing Whip's stuff...she got screwed on the first mission. Followed the advice here, had all the tickets...whipped on over to Endor and another person's ship spawned within 500m of her mission and that person was successful. There was another ship farther away, but no sith, no crate, no love...that ship eventually despawned. Weird thing is, the first ship has remained static for over an hour with no new spawn of supplies or sith.

Here we go .... Day 3 of this screwed up quest and the threads on this bug, in here, FS forum, and Jedi forum grow ever larger. Yet here, where it counts, where you would expect a developer to at least acknowledge that 100's if not 1000's of players are now suffering at the hands of this problem, and make a reply or a post in this forum to say that it's being worked on and an ETA. After all, a fast-track workaround is a simple interactive conversation with Whip to say "I couldn't complete the mission" and have him give a new one. If that bugs, then at least you can restart and keep trying (ala how Bounty Hunter missions were like for 9 months or more), until you find one that works.

It looks like about 40% of the Whip's mission takers are getting bugged. No real way to tell, but that's what I saw in the village last night (9/23).

My datapad was at 38%, my inventory at 70%.

The wp, not the 0,0 one, but when you actually land on Endor (-2085/-1464) is right over a river. Maybe this is the problem?

What this quest needs is the ability to cancel mission with Whip and get a new wp/run. You've got 3 weeks to fix it. I've got 1.3 million FS xp waiting on you.

Also note that I always write my wps down. This does not help in this case. I searched for hours afterwards and only ran into the spawns for other players.

wow right on it ryadhimakkar..... thats all were asking for devs an option to restart it...a new wp.... were not askin for u guys to give us a complete quest cause its bugged... comon time be wastin...and yes real money be wasting 15$ a month... 2 days now lets go or do u need more posts to confirm its bugged....

Hmmm - all servers are down including Chimaera which doesn't normally go down this time of day - and a patch is being loaded.

Is it possible a fix is coming?
