Yes, it is once per year, but YOU get to pick which one you want
Stats on the items (that have stats) will be forthcoming. Make sure you click the links at the top of the chart to see shots of the "For the Home" and "For Fun" items.

QFE. Screenshots with a short explaination of what the item or group of items is. A lot of the stuff sounds very similar and it'd be a shame to make players waste their reward just to find out.
Will anyone that has been playing for some time automatically get the items for the time they put into the game before it was put into the game. Like me I have been here since day 1, will I get the 3 month 6 month 12 month ones when this is put in to game or do I have to wait 3 months from there and so on for the rest of them.

If your account is 12 months (or older) you will get a choice for 3 month, 6 month, and a 12 month reward.
