I, in no way, said anything about earning the Marks. I gave my experience - it's too easy and too boring. I made my opinion known that I like how it was implemented originally. You were the one that turned it into a "I've earned it" contest.

I have spent 16 hours of camping the BH spawn points on FarStar, we camped 3 of them with friends, and not a single BH spawn appeared. A 4th friend was also alternating between the rest of the spawn points to check for spawns but we could not find any at those as well, it seems BH is still bugged or extremely low spawning on FarStar.

8 hours, 5 rangers, 3 guild parties and still cant find the moisture farmer on Radiant...

I completed the whole quest, got the 5 badges ... but as final reward I got ...

Let me give a bit more details : I had full inventory when I went to talk to the hermit to get the hero badge + reward. Noticed too late, but I still tried to move some items in backpack and talked to him again. He said he was sensing something missing, and that he was going to fix it ... I thought "great ! I'm gonna get the ring" . Would have been great, but no, I got a duplicate of the Mark of Honor item.
I opened a CSR ticket, but they answered they couldn't swap the item for the normal reward I should have recieved.

First off...I meant "the earned thing" as a general response...someone else did make a post and used that terminology. It wasn't you, which is why I didn't quote you in my last post.

However the whole "dedication" reference...well...

Sorry, but this implies that the people doing and completing the quests now are not dedicated.

That's it...but once again..we are off topic...back on topic,,,

It's 5:30am...been on since 4:45am when the servers reset...NO BH! (in any city).

I'll keep to one city and look aroundfor a few hours, but the darn work thing is going to get in the way...grrr.

I started the quest (did the first hermit quest) and I am now searching for a spawn of a farmer.

There need do be some hints IG where to find it and the spawn rate has to be increased.

If I did not read the guide, I would never know where to search for the npc and I would never find him. Please add hints for future quest, because it's not fun to search for hours for a random spawn.

I spoke with the Hermit in the Squill Cave, then spent the better part of a day waiting for NPC's to spawn before giving up in frustration. To be brutally honest, I couldn't think of a worse way to re-introduce this quest.

As a casual player (although a casual since beta) I gave up to do any of the new "content" after the Story Acts.

It is all crap.

It appears the Intellect spawn is broken on Kettemoor server. It's been a week a whole group plus myself and others have been camping and still no spawn. The rest of the quests are fine i got them all within a span of 10hrs. PLEASE devs look into Intellect Quest spawn on Kettemoor server I have not even found one person that has even seen it since pub. 9.

Loved the Quest idea. The reward is cool! Not sure about the Hero Sphere? I only got 4 marks and never a 5th piece from the Hermit at the end to complete (assemble?) the sphere itself.

The Squill cave was good and with quick spawns only an elite melee will survive to start the quest. Sadly it's just being camped now for xp. This would be an opportune place to make it instanced and have to do it solo. Have an NPC make you do starter quests like the Scythe quest. Then fetch some key from an uber mob like a Krayt to get into the cave. A hero badge should be a really hard quest that few complete. Sadly many are doing it with extreme ease beyond the frustration of looking for NPCs and the boar.

Still some bugs with the spawns but I like the randomness and making them hard to find is good.

For players that rarely die the Hero Ring won't be much good. For Jedi the Ring is a must.

It would be nice to see more bonuses on the ring really for the effort it takes. Hero Ring should have some + ranged and melee defense bonus or something else innate which boosts the new Heros combat prowess.

the first hermit mission is bugged although one funny csr said to me in a ticket it was not, one later offered a solution that didn't work, and the third ticket response i got was: they didn't know a fix up to this point for the squill lair not spawning in the cave for some players and can't even complete the first mission of getting the hermit the skull.
So my feedback is: get it working properly, and get rid of sucky csr who answer with pre-written answers which: don't offer any solution to the problem / have anything to do with the subject of your question, thank you.

Have you attempted the Hero of Tatooine Quests?
Yes with my jedi and non jedi char.
What were your experiences?
Bugged, so no clue to bad.
