Due tolast night's hotfix, the community noticed some problems with weaponsmithing. We've pushed out changes that will fix this problem.
Please let me know if you don't see any improvements. Thank you.

Nice fixing this in the middle of the primetime 20.00 cet.
Even the same day, when you have already made a fix earlier today at 14.00 cet.

This isn't related to this patch but the hotfix of this morning.
The question is why were the European servers brought down in our middle of the day (quitea busy time) instead of at our normal maintenance window (around 4 am our time).
You guys (well not you personally) told us many moons ago that the European servers would have their own maintenance windows so that we don't get disrupted playtime yet you cxontinue to stick patches on and hotfixes etc when we are using the servers
It wouldn't usually be a big issue but it seems to be happening more often and then wehn it goes wrong us poor Europeans see out servers go down twice during prime time (this lates fix is at 7pm uk time, just before an event I spent a week organising was about to start
)
It would just be nice to have these things applied consistently. preferably at 4 am uk time

If the patch makes a change to the client, they need to do it all at the same time. They can't have servers running different versions of the game.

Believe it or not but the last time they added an update that didn't change the client at the normal server down (one of the new dungeons, forgot which one) a lot of Europeans complained that they had to wait until the next morning to get to thedungeon. From now on we'll get all patches, hotfixes AND new 'dungeons' at the same time as the US.

What, if anything, is being considered to assist with limited use schematics that were lost or used up during this error?

I think you will find this patch and the hotfix after it were both server side and not client side so no worries about different clients.
As for us complaining before, this was because we had to wait a whole day after the US servers were patched.
I am asking that they patch us first and then 8 hours later (in the same day) patch the US servers where possible.
I accept that sometimes this isn't posible if the client changes though the suprising thing there is that UO which is now 7 years old allows for the same client to connect to different server / clinet versions of the game, it is intelligent enough to know the difference. I would hope that SWG has that ability.

today i tried to craft some polearm weapons with looted vibro units, once all resources were in, i was not allowed to assemble, had an error popup of was not allowed to assemble in this stage.
then i tried to pull out the resources, had an error popup of was not allowed to add resources in this stage, even tho i was trying to pull them outso i could exit crafting, then i pushed back on the crafting tool, and i lost both my vibro units, and resources

But then us here in the states would be mad, because you get your patches and 'new stuff' before we do.
