Ok, when they first removed battle fatigue, I thought it was a littlestrange that they kept the window for itin ctrl+c, but I didn't think much of it. Then a couple weeks ago when I was doing the phase 4 village quest, I looked at my character sheet, and I saw this. I had 1 BF.
So I danced it off, and I was back to 0.
I'm sure it was just some weird bug, but has that happened to anyone else? I've never heard of it before....

The current theory is that they "removed" it simply by setting it to zero on all activities they could find that would generate it. What with people being fallible, occasionally the game engine will still find ways to give you a point or two. Apparently, though, those phantom BF points are set to zero again the next time you load a zone.
This is all hearsay and speculation, but it does seem to explain the situation. If you look at your skills summary, for instance, you'll find that you still have an entertainer healing skill. It's just set to zero.

I actually kept that window up one day for some reason. What I noticed is that the value will go to 1 then shortly after that fall to zero when you are in combat. So it looks like the way they "removed" it was to put in a bit of code to clear it out when it occurs.

I've actaully managed to get 500+ BF (I was Sampling Radioactives at the tim) even after the removal of BF.. I was not able to dance it off tho. and loggin out then back in removed it completly. By th way..

I expect it was far easier to clear it this way than to actually remove the code from the game.
