Aloha folks!

Now this is my first new thread post on the dancer forums (or any entertainer/healer forums) but I have noticed after reading a bit, that ya'll are really nice and incredibly helpfull, and I hope you can help me here.

My alt is a mster doctor now, and I plan on also making him a master dancer. The reason is pretty obvious

This is not a holocron profession for me (my last one was BH, at which point I said "Screw it!") but one of choice. Also, I think that entertainers are becoming a very valuable asset in the GCW and helping in PvP. Anf finally, I'm looking forward to the interaction w/ other players while dancing for them

My question is: Can I buff, both as a doctor and a Dancer, at the same time? And can I do it using a macro? There is a macro for doctor buffing, and I have seen the macro for dancer buffing (I had no idea, but darn if it don't look fun!) Is it possible to combine the 2 together? Does anyone here know? This is all assuming that I have my handy robot out at the same time, of course.

I am really interested in your responses to this, and thank you all for your help!

Ok, fast public announcement before I answer this:

I am currently trying to explain why we want public BuffBots in NPC Cantinas gone, but we are pretty ok with 2nd account nice alt Dancers. It is actually possible the Devs or someone important could come read this thread... make sure you are clear if you answer this.

Currently, NPC Cantina BuffBots are 100% allowed spam and all. If we are ok with that, I need to change what I've been saying. Please no mixed signals.

Now, welcome to Dancing! This is a weird touchy subject for us... you seem really nice though so I think people will try to answer you.

You can be a Dancer/Doctor and do both buffs as you've probably already worked out. You can not Doc buff while Dancing. You could make a macro to Doc buff (you have that one) and then call your Dance Buff Macro to auto start....

You can not Doc buff in an NPC Cantina (you probably already know that) and you have to Dancer Buff in Cantinas, Houses or other player owned structures, or tents. So the droid doesn't really help that much.

Our buffs have been a little *cough* flakey since our last fix, so I would recommend you attended your Dancer while buffing (I would anyway though, lol).

Tiaga's "Hard Numbers on Buffs" is the best technical info we have on our buffs in a post right now, it should help you write the right macro for you.

We don't have a "standard buffing macro"... so you are really better off writing your own I think. We do ask that as a courtesy to other Dancers, you leave out the chat *cough* Spam *cough*... we also have a Macro help link in our Useful Links sticky if you need Macro help.

With out going into any of my own opinions on BuffBots (because I need to see others right now to make sure I have this right), I will ask that you please continue to be this polite to Dancers after you have your buffer. We like nice people who don't mind hearing our side.
