Looking for a macro that will drop my action to the floor ASAP. I have heard there is such a macro that some people use for Doctors to Lvl with at great speeds and would like to use it also.

There use to be a really good one, but they nerfed it when they put in the 15 second timer between stop dance and start dance 
Now, to quickly burn action, I get a Action buff (do not get stamina or quickness or it won't work) I dance my highest dance and have a macro running that hits /spotlight continually.
/spotlight
/ui action toolbarSlot00 (or whatever hotkey you want to put it in)
You wont burn it as fast as before the nerf, but it still burns pretty fast.

Spotlight is good, cause its the shortest duration i think, means you can do it again very fast.
I would also add a flourish (or more than one, so it looks not the same all the time), burns even more action then...
/flourish 1;
/spotlight;
/macro <macroname>
/macro is better than /ui action toolbarSlot i think

can't edit, but you should probably also add a
/pause 1;
or so, before looping, will severly cut down on the "you have to wait longer before you can do another spotlight" spam

you can try this:
/flourish 1;
/flourish 1;
/flourish 1;
/flourish 1;
/flourish 1;
/flourish 1;
/repeat
Whenever you hit a tick without a pause between flourishes, it burns action for them all, but doesn't queue them.
