I'd like to hear your opinions in the thread I just posted over in the Entertainer forum:

The short story is that the skill of the band and the dancers around me have a direct affect on the quality of the product delivered to a paying customer. It's not so important in a public cantina, or even in an impromptu group somewhere.
But when an employer pays significant credits for entertainers, doesn't he have the right to expect that they will bring a minimal level of skill to the table? Why hire a band that can't do bandfill or ballad, or dancers that aren't past Basic?

That would be up to the customer. Te customer could request that no one under Novice Dancer is wanted or Novice Musician.
