I came back to these threads specifically looking for more info on the Stage Manager quests that were being run on TC. I probably missed the update. But how's it going? Wasn't it suppose to go live with Publish 9? For some reason I can't locate any new info and I haven't seen any stage managers pop up on live yet.

Oh also, has TH answered anymore dance questions? Where are those TH Q&As? I haven't been able to find those either, doh.

Oh, my naive young child

We are Dancers. Therefore, we are ignored.

(Also, the 19 Questions appear to be missing for this week, even though they were scheduled to be pushed back until this week last week.

Nope, the stage manager missions will come out some time in the publish 10 cycle (so 10, 10.1, or 10.2). The good news is, the rewards for finishinng the quests are new songs and dances!

Now, regarding spoilers... hehe..

I offered them up, but only one person wanted to hear them. So I didn't post them, as some people may want to discover the quests and how to do themon their own. Which is probably for the best anyway, as much can change between now and the quests going live. Look in on the threads from before - I've been posting my dancer updates in there.

I'm just about ready to start running through them again on TC, but I've been having too much fun intentionally failing them to see how many ways I can do it. I really should give them a quick success-pass, to test again my method of succeeding in them easily. More to follow...

LOL! Chicken dance! Um...let's see, to be true to the EU, would it be the Kaadu Dance? Or the Carrion Spat Dance?

I'm curious to see what they come up with. At the entertainer panel at FanFest, RuneSabre took an informal poll of dancer preference - whole new dances, or finished flourishes for the existing ones? He was a little surprised that most of us (at least in that room) would rather have finished flourishes for our existing dances. I'm not sure if that will figure into it or not.

Later, in the art team's panel, they showed us video of the motion capture process from last September. Some of the stuff I saw would definitely be part of a new dance. Other stuff could easily be worked into flourishes for existing dances like the exotics, and some of it was very exciting - like more "on the floor" moves like flourish 2/3 in Exotic 4. Or maybe they'll use it to create new dances...who knows?

At least a few things I saw in motion capture footage were painfully dorky too. Think Footloose, and you get the idea. No chicken dance though!
