I just Mastered Dancer and I would like to know if I could heal BF in a camp using a Droid.

No. Battle fatigue can only be healed in a cantina, or something that counts as one like a private home. This might change in a future patch, who knows. There are no droids for entertainers similar to medical droids that allow them to heal anywhere.
