I found a skill tape that is...
Musical Mind Enhancement -1
Does that mean that it makes your musical mind enhancement less than 100%?
Or does it mean that you buff a little bit faster?
Does anyone know?

Edited...oops misread...yeah, that's odd...does that mean you'd buff at 99% now? lol

What kills me is actually seeing things for sale like this...and for 10k or more. "Dodge -1" You should be paying me to take that off your hands.

Yep, if you were Master Dancer or Musician and used that on your clothes you would then buff for 99% instead of 100%.
Tapes like that arebugged.
Yet another thing in this game, like obsolete loot from old parts of the game, that clutter up the databases and keep us from getting useful loot from our combat time.
I looted an Unarmed Damage -4 SEA once. I use it for decoration.
