All you need to do is make a macro that goes;
/flourish #;
/pause lengthwanted;
To repeat a macro you just make a line that goes;
/macro nameofthismacro;
/flourish #;

Well, we usually don't just keep preprogrammed macros available around here.
The best thing you can do is read Tiaga's Hard numbers on buffs and digest the info there. He did such an excellent job there is also a summary area in case you don't want to read the entire post.
This will give you the hows and whys of what the macro does. Then it's just a matter of stringing the /flos together to get the strength/duration you want and to get the look that YOU want. ATK dance macros tend to be a more personal thing, IMO, beause even for buffing there is no limit on how many /changdances you want to put in there -- I highly encourage just playing around with one and learning which /flo out of a macroed set will display and how the timers affect which /flo is displayed.
Tiaga's info is also the "dirt basics" type thing, the things that once you learn them, will set you apart from the cut-and-paste macro crowd and allow you to bring your own style into every buff you do.

Flourish 5 times & pause 8 seconds, repeat for 3 mintues. By the time you tell them to stop watching and they actually stop, they should have a full buff. I always used in game alarms for my buffs. ex. /alarmaddin 0 3 buff for insert name
