Because they didn't figure that guys would pick up dance or music. But don't worry, I find the lack of male clothing as a whole to be rather deplorable rather than a schematic that only gives pluses to wound healing which is hardly important anyway.

In protest, everyone should make a fat, ugly guy dancer and dance around cantinas singing about it.

Actually, it is not very expected 'men to dance exotic' yuck!
but for musician, yes indeed it is needed.

Gender roles have pigeon holed and limited men and women probably since Adam and Eve (assuming you believe that these two folks existed). It's disapointing to see it carry over. The flip side is that you are not stuck wearing dental floss. I have the leotard and will wear it for buffs but I hate the thing. it's the worst item of clothing ever. I'm no prude but it's just not attractive (not to mention that every female dancer in the galaxy seems to wear one so it's hard to have an original costume)

Can you imagine the spambots announcing the Male-enhancing products in Theed. I get enough of this spam in my regular e-mail.

Actually... I don't get very many complaints from the ladies when I dance exotic in my little hotpants.Of course most of those are entertainers too and not paying customers...
For the guys that are actually willing to get a buff from a male dancer, I toss on the pants &shirt, and just use exotic 4flo 1. Kind of has a ti chi feel to it, and doesn't make them feel like they catch gay by watching me.

I hate the lack of clothes, too.
And FYI, I had a male Master Dancer, did exotic in hotpants or bikini leggings, gave buffs, and rarely got complaints. So yeah. :-P

lol Roho!
You'll never hear me complaining about men dancing exotic. /grin
If there were a gender neutral piece of clothing to be used as a reward what would be the best piece? Or would seperate pieces for each gender (and wookiees?) be better?

Some kind of sashes would be nice. Belts always work. Jewelry could always come into play, too - like cool necklaces w/ pendants or some cool rings.

I love the idea of jewelry instead of clothing as the "enhancement" wearable. I sometimes want to do different dances and let's face it that exotic leotard doesn't lend itself well to popular2 or the new theatrical. As to why men or wookiees didn't get an equivalent reward, I think it's safe to assume they just didn't really think about it. Personally I love going into a cantina and seeing a few male dancers instead of the usual slave skirt ensemble.

Jewelry would be good, but not in the form of rings. We can only wear 2 rings and I already have those two slots covered with my wedding set - and I never take either of those off.
