Completely remove group buffing from the game

Allow /setperformance to work on any number of viewers

(ok this last one is a bit harder...)

Make /setperformance not work if the person has been grouped with the entertainer in the last 5 minutes.

Live entertainers can still buff groups and individuals (for groups we just have to select each member individually and do a seperate /setperf)

Macro bots could still exist without the last feature, they'd just group with them, the buff bot would target them with /ui commands then disband and /setperf, however with the 5 minute delay the buff bot could only buff one person at a time and it would take at least 10-12 minutes for them to do one person, making them very time restricting.

I'll assume by the one star that a buff bot agrees that this would probably be the easiest and best way to destroy thier business

Nice idea, won't kill off buffbots. Won't even dent them, they'll just change to a different set of buffbot macros. (There are already ways to use /setperform to create a buffbot, I won't go into the details of how it is done.)

If you're refering to making a long list of everybody you want to be able to buff and run that list every few minutes then yes private buff bots and guild bots will still exist, but general purpose, anybody can use bots will be gone.

It also does nothing to fix the other forms of unattended gameplay .
