The Entertainers
Last night, in the beautiful city of Mos Vegas on Tatooine (Bloodfin Server), and new guild was started. Known as The Entertainers <ENTS>, the guild hopes to become home to some of the best entertainers that Bloodfin has to offer. Though many of the details are still in development, interested players in the entertainment field are encouraged to contact Voce or Ariadne for more information.

Wicked awesome. You already know who I am Ariadne (or I know someone who has a remarkably similar name). I'd love to join Ent, but my little image designer is too poor to travel anywhere. Maybe once I hit the epitome of novice and do a stat migration, i'll join you.
Don't forget blood finians, if you entertain, join ent chat! type /chatjoin chat.ent and your in!

The creature handlers have a x-server guild called BEAST. Perhaps we dancers/ent/musicians can have a x-server guild as well.
It would have to be very well organized on each server.

Hi,
Time long ago, I was a member of a guild named "Nabooine Entertainers" in Chilastra. We had a lot of fun, but we decided to split up. It was mainly because we had other things to do especially our leader. She went off and did CH I think. I went back to freelancing.
Dancer guild is pretty hard to maintain and keep order. Just so you know. But it was a blast to have people asking me what stands for in cantina. No one ever heard of entertainer's guild back then ... and even now.

Best of luck to you all. I hear Bloodfin can be awfully unkind to entertainers. Thus, I can think of no better place for entertainers to organize.

Thanks for all the kind words and support. Though I've seen the attitude on Bloodfin change dramatically towards entertainers since launch (and not exactly for the best), we've got a great core group to start and are already having a lot of fun!

Well, we, The Entertainers, will be comprised of Dancers, Musicians, ID's, and some have secondary professions like tailor or architect, professions that can help entertainers. I'm Lodo by the way. Basically, my view of the guild is that its not so much the professions but the attitude people have who love to be an entertainer.

Glad to see you're advertising it and getting some hopeful members.
For those of you that don't really know Ari or what she's trying to do...Ariadne is an active (non afk!) dancer who spends most of her time in Theed. She's trying to start a guild of active entertainers. She's a strong advocate of the phrase "Ban the buff bot!" I myself agree with her and support it as well. But that's an issue for another thread. If you're looking to join an active entertainment guild, then definately talk to Ari. She also works with a band that's forming so any members of her guild may appear at events with the band she's helping to form.
