With the coming patch I'm assuming cantinas will be increased to 400 storage as well, but at 5 lot usage, cantinas now require the same number of lots as a large house or a PA hall! With this re-evaluation of lots, I'm wondering if we could ask the devs to re-evaluate cantinas down to 4 lots, maintaining the 400 item limit. Honestly I don't want to see them re-evaluated down to 3, leaving us with only 300 items, as I'm assuming med centers and theaters will be. I'm sure all of us are drooling over the thought of another 150 decorative items crammed into an already too small room, I know I am
But if given the choice between 3 and 5 lots, I'd still chose 5, cause I really want more than just 50 extra space...

Yeah I was wondering about that too, that a cantina takes as much as a guild hall now... If it went down to 4 that would give me 2 lots... /swoon

It's still 5 lots and 250 limit for Cantinas on TC, TechnoCan and I just checked.
LeBob made me promise to check, heh, so, that's the word. I'm sure Deila, Scip, and he will request an update for Cantinas as well.

Well, that depends on when all of those that replied to this thread will be jumping on TC to test away and get the bugs worked out =) Now don't give me that "Tiggs TC is down we can't" line because TC will be back up later today =P
One small problem right now is that it's not clear what in that change list is simply "not added yet" vs. what's "added but broken." For example, the incap timers still seemed like the old length to me last night. Is that because they haven't implemented that piece of the patch notes yet? or because they did, but it didn't work? Hard to tell. Or take entertainer healing. Mind wounds evaporate ultrafast, but BF healing pokes along at the same old rate. Intentional? Pending? Broken? Hard to tell.
When they push a version that they think finishes out that list, please let us know!![]()
If it isn't working and listed in that list then post it in the bug thread. If it isn't listed in that list and has changed post it in the bug thread (example tents limits raising).
Apparently they intend on only raising the limits for the houses, not other structures... which means cantina owners get shafted not only on using the same number of lots as a large house or guild hall, but also getting 150 storage less! We really need some yelling in the coro forums about this, if you're going to raise the limit raise the limit, don't punish those of us who use our lots for "special" structures.

I got 252 items in, but didn't have enough stuff to test the limit. Panthu and I will work on that and report back

I was pretty sure that she meant "100 items per lot, max 400 items" on all structures. right now it seems that it's 250 if you just put items directly into the cantina, but it goes higher if you try to put items in storage containers (I used a backpack) in the cantina.
update: this bug seems to be specific to structures that now has over 250 item limit.

It looks like all 250 stuctures are bugged this way right now. Pappi reported it in the Dev's bug thread and it's been bugged ig, so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Have you guystried adding a bit ofmaintenance to the affected cantinas?
When the first round of lot changes came for PA halls, making a change to the maintenance pool was often required to get the structure to update to the new numbers. Maybe this one's a similar animal (and hopefully it's not one of those that needs the cantina to be redeeded to kick in the changes - that would be problematic).

I would surely think that the cantina would get an update in items it held. If not I am for sure taking my cantina down for a large house. I have very little room now to have my 5 museums...

Did we ever figure this out, just curious with the patch going live tomorow... Kinda sucks having same lot requirement as a large house/PA hallif we still only have 250 items...

eh, I didn't say anything
