well i was dancing on chimaera a few hours ago and i noticed a LOT more entertainer healing xp coming in and plenty of people doing the default "clapping" emotion....
a few friends of mine and myself tried watching and listening to a number of entertainers and not a single one of us got the too far away bug...has it actually been fixed? or is chimaera just special?

It's definitely not fixed on live, I had someone tell me they couldn't watch anyone in Theed on Flurry today and could only find one musician to listen to.

It seems to be working better. But, it's definitely not completely fixed. I was in a Ranger's camp today dancing and he couldn't watch me.

I got the bug earlier in the Mos Eisley cantina....but later at the Dathomir Trade OP tavern, I had no problem.

It's fixed, then it's broke, then it's fixed, then it's... Is it just me or does this problem cure then recreate itself over and over again? I have half a mind to say it depends on server stability, but instead I say it's more relavent to theaverage distance betweenthe server, the port number, and the moon, divided by pie. If the number is even, it's fixed, if the number is odd, good luck!
I call it, F=SPaM, and I will be selling the patent to this theorie on eBay.
(sorry, I'm bored...)

Working all sat and all sunday until a nebula gig in eisley, watched first and fine, listend and fine then stopped briefly and up reared the "you have stopped listening" dialog.

Has anyone noticed that it is better just after a server restart but gets progressively worse? Not that I've noticed..I'm just looking for anything additional.

My (one and only) non-Entertainer Character had the bug a few days ago, but since then I defragged my hard drives and have not experienced it since. Personally, I think it is a lag issue as I defragged my hard drives to clear some lag.

Defragging wont affect server lag which is the cause of things like this it just affects how quickly your own client can access game files.

It's not fixed. In the Theed cantina on Ahazi this morning I've had at least 3 people complain of it already, and I've only been there for about a half an hour.
