People talk about stickies and the forums. What is a stickie?
I can put those little yellow post it notes on my screen, but I don't think they will actually apear? No, that can be true!?

The posts that show at the top of the forum page are called stickies in most forum communities. It means "pinned to the top" or "highlighted" and is so visitors can have easy access to commonly asked forinformation or be made aware of current issues or events.
On these boards, Corrs, Mods, and Devs have the ability to sticky.

You can set personal stickies, can't you? Like a topic that you want to sticky so you can find later, but it will only sticky it for you.

Heh, no you aren't. You can do personal stickies just for yourself too. Just click the little arrow on the right side of the latest post column that says "float to the top."
