I'm keeping my Dancer toon a Dancer, that's what she's for.

Ikuri will remain an entertainer always.

I said I would always keep my main character a dancer. Alas, it seems SOE is eliminating the profession dancer from the game. So, much for always staying a dancer.That, plus, I am dissatisfied with currentgame play as a dancer.SOE announcedthatin thenew entertainer profession game play stays the same. That kinda bugs me, but the other changes they have announced and theattempt tofocus on Star Wars has me excited. But, I have been fooled before, so I will have to wait and see.In the meantime, if there is no more dancer, and the changes outside the entertainer profession have me excited, then it only makes sense for me to move on.

But, I am not quitting the game! I am just going to move on and try out other professions under the new system.

We have nine respecs it only make sense to try out this brand newgame as much as possible with an open mind and then take up the profession that was the most fun. Heck, if for some reason entertainer turns into what dancer was originally, I might even come back with my last respec!

Till it goes live I will be here as always, probably talking too much and making too little sense!

I already have a combat toon in Araiya, Sibie is my crafter. Caerwynn was born dancing, she was also a TKMwho could once tank SBDs and had a reputation for high end pve. She will try out the combat the profs with her respecs, but ultimately she will still be Jabba's favourite redheaded dancer, trying to get Oola to flourish.

I will be staying to give these new changes a shot. However, most of my friends (including Aldaris, my beloved Jedi husband), have already left or will be leaving, and without them, this game will not be as fun for me. My account, at least one of them, will remain active. Hopefully, these changes end up for the better. Just in case though, I'm installing WoW on my computer even as I type this message.

I think I may be quitting on the 13th anyway, for reasons other than the NGE.

Unless I can get a new job and have the ability to pay for something I won't be playing much…

I'll not be sending SOE/LA any more money after the way this was handled, regardless of how fun or not fun the new game is.

Ipana will stay ent It was a hard choice between ent and tailor but I couldn't bare to giveup dancer so tailor had to go . I didn't wait for the NGE I made a clean break and dropped tailor and now i'm three boxes away from grand master ent . Hopefully I will have more time for ent now since I think I will be canceling my force sensative character since I don't want to be a respec jedi, and the ents of my guild have decided it's about time we breathed some life back into bestine cantina on chim so bring on the entertainers

I just wish to know why - and who - thought Entertainer should not be able to craft or fight.

I'm being forced to choose between dancer and tailor, and entertainer just doesn't offer enough opportunity right now to keep me occupied... so I'm going with trader for Ava. I'll miss being a dancer. Seems very weird, her not being an entertainer.
