Thread: Anybody notice the new ability that stealthed in last night?
Novice musicians (and therefore, I assume, novice dancers) have a new ability, /registerWithPlace(?)
What it does is let you "announce" that your cantina is manned. Your name doesn't appear but a marker is placed the cantina name in the planetary map for as long as someone is inside and registered.
Folks looking for healing can now look at the map to see which cantinas have someone available to do it. I believe this also works for medics and med centers but haven't verified that.
This will be particularly useful when player cities go in and your player cantina is registered with the planetary map.
Dont know if this is a bug or not, but you cannot register at the Tavern and Cantina on Dathomir.
Either that or I dont understand the command.
I'm hoping they mention it in one of the updates, because every dancer and musician I've talked to has not noticed the new skill. It'll definitely be really useful, especially when they implement player cities (hopefully soon!).
