Thread: Help, I died and can't get your lovely buffs!!!
Ok, I regularly pay for mind buffs... only cause I'm Trando and can't wear any type of armor without it. So, I get buffed, go out and battle, then I die... clone, and can't buff for it seems the amount of time it takes for the buff to wear of nomally, obviously this is a bug. I was wondering if there is a way to get around it?
Someone informed me there is some post on the Dancer forum that says you delete some temp file in the SWG directory, but I can't seem to find that post... any help would be appreciated.... tahnks a bunch!!
I tried logging out, and back in, then tried shuting down my computer for a few seconds(says it somewhere on these boards) and nothing....
Any other suggestions? I mean, after the mind buff supposed to ware off I can get buffed again, but I assume this is one of those nasty little bugs SOE doesn't think is a big deal...

I hadn't been able to recieve musician buffs since decembers vehicle patch, despite 2 csr tickets and a bug report. The first was a form letter describing how seteprform worked, the second said theres nothing we can do file a /bug report. Finaly this week i filed another csr ticket which was replied to in about 30 minutes by JeremyC who did something that leveled my stats to natural erasing all buffs and said you have been restored, and then said i should be able to get buffs. However it didnt work. So i filed another and within 2 hours Jessek answered and came in game and did something and said it should work. So later i tried with a novice musician and watched fora bout a min just to see if it worked at all, and i got a full 100% for the entire 2 hour duration. So i guess im still bugged only in my favor this time. Still it was a nice surprise to see a prompt csr response after the lousy response in the past to the same issue.
The moral of the story isI think entertainer buffs are still quite buggy and its realy not much of a surprise given the ammount of attention the profession is given as a whole.
