). I'd really like the extra mind modifiers, and can't test it out myself to see if it would work on men. I have no problem wearing one either,be it for the look or mods

Somebody in my guild found me a +3 Dance Mind Enhancement tape. I haven't applied it yet since I'm still not sure how tapes work. But, if I did that would allow me to give a buff at 108% since I have a special leotard 
Um, no, not a man here, and I definitely think there should be the same kind of special costume for men.

lol, that much I knew It's the matter of how to combine them, etc. Plus, once I put a tape on will I be able to replace it with a higher one, etc...

Not exactly. If the tape has more than one stat, only the highest counts. If the values are equal, the first listed counts.
You can't stack multiple stats on the same article, only the highest will apply. But youCAN stack various peices of clothingwhich havethe same stats. So if I put a Dance Mind Enhance +6 and a Dance Mind Enhance +3 both on my hotpants, I'll only get +6. But If I put the +6 in the hotpants and the +3 in my bustier, I'll get +9.
