Thread: I've have given up hope for changes in the dancing profession

I've been a dancer since the 2nd week of swg and I've waited for change but the only thing we've ever got was mind buffing. Please tell me if there's anything in the works because im losing hope

We're getting a dungeon, right? But I'd rather they deal with out requests first .

That was one of our requests. "Entertainer content" is an often requested thing. Near the top, in fact.

Not only are we entertainers getting a dungeon, but supposedly it will contain loot in the form of new dances and songs. See JustG's recent essay on the State of the Game, a link to which can be found in the "In Development forum."


The question is the timing. The essay implies that it will arrive sometime after publish 9, which means we're still talking about a wait.

A dungeon is nice but it does not affect the fundamental issues in our profession including (1) too many AFKers and as a result (2) cantinas that are not cantinas but zombie-yards. Until SOE does something about this entertainment will continue to suffer. I hardly ever dance anymore and never in public cantinas.

I think looted dances are cool.... but what's not cool if I loot poplock3 or basic 3
