Thread: Is there somewhere we can actually ask questions of the developers and get an honest answer?

I am not against the cu, but we are all getting so upset with the silence from them about our professions.
I am not upset about what they are adding I am so depressed what they are taking away. My main character is dancer/tkm with a few boxes of scout, novice medic and two trees of fs, melee speed and melee defense. I am happy as a clam with my character just as she is. I do hard things in combat with my friends with preparation. And then I can have fun socializing too. For my birthday my game husband gave me a set of bone gloves that were loot from a krayt with great mods, with those gloves and my professions melee defense and a shirt I am pretty well set now. Well I guess now I am not even going to be able wear the gloves. One thing taken away that I prized. Now no one knows even if I am going to be able to respec my char fully since I am just one combat class. And since I am only one combat class I will never have full health and how much worth am I going to be as a tank with lower health? I usually play in groups with all combat classes.
Last night we had a small event at a player cantina, we had at one point 17 people in the group, now we dont usually talk just in group but we do enjoy organizing the bandflos and such. That was a small event and of course we could have broke the groups in musicans and dancers but sometimes we have more than that. It is really going to effect us there. For the record anyone on Corbantis that would like the weekly schedule for our events just send an email to Un're and ask to added to the list. Oh poor Un're.But back to the subject, another thing that has been taken away. One dancer/Musican is dropping music ( since there is no difference in the buffs now) and taking up doc, why? Just so she can wear her stormtrooper armor in her entertaining.
I am getting all this info from the forums and people that have gotten to play test because I am on dailup and it would take me days to download it. Some have told me I will be ok, but they have either only tested entertainers or tested combat chars. NO one so far can tell me anything about the compination of the two. Or at least the respec of the two. They have to know, they are just testing for bugs, the mechanics whether we like it or not are done. So is it just so bad that they can't bear to tell us? With their silence on the subject that is what they are saying. Also I have many worries about the effect all this is going to have on me being on dialup. All that infomation with the dazzling effects have to have an effect on bandwidth and that is the only thing I have a problem with.
I have never been a player that threatens to quit, I hope aqainst hope I do not have to quit, with friend I have made for 19 months I would be left with such empty space. But with their silence that is what they are saying. If they ever went into a cantina and checked the professions of the entertainers they would see that many do both. That was what was so great about this game, you could be any thing you wanted to be and could make your story anything you wanted it to be. I am not talking about just one account here, just the account I am so concearned about. I also have a chef/be and a doc/cm. I have many more concearns for them too.
So what I am really asking is there anywhere we can go and get some answers or do we honestly have to wait to possibly have our hearts broken on May 5th? I am willing to write anything anywhere, but I don't belong on the test boards cause I have not tested it, and there is not a place just to ask any of these question.
