Thread: New Dancer Mind Buffs
I read the following on the Musician forum
"/setperform: Dancers and Musicians now have the option to target a player and type /setPerformanceBuffTarget, or /setperfor for short. This command does work. Supposedly, if you play for just FIVE minutes, doing flourishes and performing reasonably advanced songs or dances, the buff to Mind (by Dancers) or Focus/Willpower (by Musicians) will last a full TWO HOURS. In fact, one of my audience members reported a three hour buff -- and the buff always doubles the Focus and Willpower stats. Nice."

I didn't see a mention of this in Ravenmist's report but its quite possible that I just missed it. Anyway this will allow us to buff a single customer really well and since we can control it, it will be more like my doctor buffs where I can charge before hand. I believe the in group buffing is because this command can only be used on one person and if you were trying to buff a hunting party it would take forever.
Raven please excuse me if I missed this in your mind buff report but can you confirm this new command working for dancers?
I can't wait to get home and try it tonight ![]()
Actually all that information is in the post about our mind buffs on TC I have stickied up at the top. Thanks for posting this tho just in case. ![]()
I have a lot more information in that post too you mind find useful, please go take a look.
yes I look again and I see it. Sorry. I think the musicians just spelled it out clearer for my simple mind and I just skipped over it in your version.
Anyone know if these will work in camps for hunting parties?
Thanks

It worked in camps before, so I assume it'll still work in camps.
Unless they removed it. In which case, it should have been in the release notes (okay, so it's naive to believe that all changes are in release notes).
But I suspect this feature has not changed.
