Just wanted to post a thanks to the "dancers" that came into Kaadara cantina tonight bearing offensive names and acting like jerks.

Your explanation that your server was down so you came to ours was really nice, I especially liked watching you dance in your undies, hassle other players, laugh about your behavior and generally cause a disturbance in the cantina.

I hope you'll read this because Iheard one of you say that you didn't have the skills to "dazzle" so obviously you are a dancer on your other server.

I rarely lose my temper and am generally known as a nice person, you -**edit**- Fluffy and you Bubblez -**edit**- (actual names) succeeded in making me not only lose my temper but after being sick all day I just decided you two weren't worth the aggravation and left.

And yes, if you are wondering I reported both of you. I know you think making a disposable character was funny and now they have probably been deleted but if this is how you act on your server makes me happy I'm on my server.

Fluffy and you Bubblez

Oh, my! Fluffy and Bubblez!? LOL - I used to have a dog named Fluffy

This is the part where having regular customers comes in handy. If you've been there a while (and it sounds like you have), the regulars will know you and you can assert your presence in the cantina. I know it's not easy when dimwits come prancing in, but I'm glad you /reported them even if it will probably go nowhere.

This happened last night on Valcyn, too. I wander into the usually deserted Mos Entha cantina (my home) and what do I find? Oh, look, it's the AFK Slitherhorn Band and the amazing fat undie dancing troupe! None of them grouped. Joy. Why do people feel compelled to AFK perform on other serverswhen their main server is down?

Well, not everyone was annoying or AFK, thankfully, there was one Novice EntertainerTwi'lek from another server that was both present and friendly. We formed our own little non-AFKgroup and stole all the Entertainment Healing XP from the rest of the lot.

servers were down. If you were lucky enough to have a server that's up, its no surprise some newbs showed up to goof around and spend some time. I made a brawler on kettemore to try my luck hitting things with my fist hoping my server would open up for me.

I created a twi'lek dancer on another server last night, went to the cantina to find one fat mon calamari named Tubby burping in everyone's face and another twilek who, in /say, suggested that we .. uh .. "make the beast with two backs" (my euphemism, he didn't useone lol)while we waited for the server to come up and then called me a *#&$% when I smiled at a medic who healed my action. Between that and all the guys dancing shirtless and singing YMCA it was a very rowdy scene. *rolls her eyes and sighs*

Test Center (which was up) was a zoo last night... noobs everywhere. Not that there's anything wrong with a new character on an alternate server, but they (nearly) all acted as described above. *Rolleyes* Anchorhead was a madhouse of dopes, but hey... we'll live. They'll all go "home" today, if they haven't already and we'll resume normal work and play.

(As for the YMCA thing.... LOL that musta' been funny.)

Well, actually this morning, I was back in my regular cantina and there was a guy in there throwing up on each of the patrons and dancers one by one. I told him he should tip me to cover the dry cleaning bill.. right before I ignored him. Uh.. the point.. I had one... oh yeah, I guess there's idiots everywhere

We had Betty Blow*think really hard* visit the Theed cantina on Sunrunner. Has anyone noticed that the /badname command does not work?

Erm. Bad name command? <blinks> If there is such a thing I'm not sure I can be trusted with it.

<remembers Gaylord McManlove, lickya silly and a host of others and thinks /badname %T would be just too much fun>

L...OL...OL...O...L...

OK, I can maybe get why you would AFK perform with a main character to level up. I can definitely understand why you would make up a second character to play the game when you are trying to log into your main and you can't.

But why the heck would anyone make up an alternate character JUST to play while their main server is down... and then AFK it?? What is the whole point of that? Isn't the purpose of making an alt character to have a character to play while your server is down? Isn't it so you can get your SWG "fix" for the evening even though you can't connect to your "main"? And how the heck does AFKing apply to this?

Yeesh!

What utter morons. They are so obsessed with ultra-fast xp grinding, that the mere thought that their SWG "screensaver" might be down drives them to insanity... and they have to log into another server to get their screensaver working again.

Good grief you would think it was p0rn, the way they act...

Eek. You shoulda seen Coronet cantina on Kett last night! Overweight, shirtless Bothans, big girls named "Staypuff Marshmallow", a fat Wookiee named Donkeylover emoting "Donkeylover is really horny" and hitting on all the newbie, "pampers-dancers" (and a male Twi musican, oddly enough), and a short character named Adolf' Himmler walking around spam-saluting people. And of course, the YMCA shirtless crew mae a visit over here, too. Ah, what a magical night...

And if anyone suggests you make the beast with two backs again, I suggest you make him the beast with a broken back!
