Can i buff more then one person at a time as a Master Dancer.
They would stay the whole 8 mins but i want to do more then 1 person at a time.

Yes you can. It's a group buff. Everyone, including you has to be in the same group. The people who you are buffing still have to /watch you but you don't have to /setperf. Generally, it takes longer to do a group buff. Some find it takes about 15 min. You might find it's less if they all take T'ssolok. I don't do many group buffs to be honest, so if anyone has more info or corrections please step in

As with the active buff, the amount of time it takes you to buff a group of people at the same time depends on the action you burn (flourishes you perform). The faster you flourish, the higher the dance, the faster you can fully buff your party. I buff my guildies all the time in groups...8 minutes tops for double stats.

I do 3:10 minutes single buff and 4 minutes group buff, always worked.
Heard 3:10 is enough (with the overflourish macro) for group as well, but didn't wanted to risk it yet

you can do a 2 hour full mind buff in 2 minutes.

3:10 applies to the active or passive buff. I've done both and never a problem, both before and after the latest change.

I always do the 4 minute version, both active and passive, to be safe...
