Is there a thread that is all about the macro's for group buffing or 1on1 buffing not afk stuff
I guess my question is what is a good macro for group buffing / individual buff.

I am not sure if I get the question... it doesn't matter if you buff a single person or a group. You should just invite or setperformance your audiance before you start. (And be sure that these sneaky audiances really watches you... and no musician at the same time).

The best guides are stickied by Panthu up in the FAQ - July 15, 2004, the best of them for buffing, IMO, being Hard numbers on buffs by Tiaga.
