Thread: Question about the Theatrical Dance and Western Song

I have a couple questions.
I just completed the quest and have the Theatrical Dance and Western Song. I have learned them as well.
I am a Master Entertainer - Master Dancer - Master Musician and was that a lot of chatting and time. 
Here are my questions:
How much experience must I get before I can learn the Theatrical 2 Dance from the Coregrapher?
Both the new icons for the song and dance are moving right to left in there boxes. Its looks strange. Why are the icons moving back and forth?

No idea about the animations on the icons, I noticed that too. /shrug. I believe it's the same icon as the "cover" skill for rifles, so I wondered if it was just the wrong one.
To get Theatrical2 you need 100k exp earned while dancing theatrical plus a total of 400k again to learn the dance. you'll get a popup box when you've done the 100k requirement.

you need 100k dance XPs from doing the theatrical 1 dance to get a pop up window saying that you can learn new dance moves, tolearn the new dance you need 400k dance XPs... so you need 100k dance XPs from theatrical 1 + 300k more dance XPs
the moving icons are nothing to worry about, i guess they are there because there is not realy an icon for the dance or song, in JTL i had the same with some droid commands and there the moving icons had been gone after they have added icons for the commands

Yes. That icon is the "default" icon for things that there is no true icon for. I wish they'd get aroud to making icons for Western and the Theatrical dances though, I find those icons irritating... and the song and dances have been in the game long enough already!

I always have those icons if I draged an icon on a slot that had hold a custom macro before, then after I had relogged i had the "moving taking cover" icon.
Right click and deleting it (to free the slot) than placing the icon there again, always worked.
If thats not the case, because Theatrical and Western don't have icons (not sure really
), then I advice you to make a custom macro for them. Just pick an icon you like for them, name the Macro "Western" or "Theatrical" and write into the body for the macro
/startmusic western;
respectively
/startdance theatrical;
now you should have "real" icons for those two.
Oh and about the XP question: You need 100k Theatrical XP, that means XP you got with dancing Theatrical.
I am not 100% sure, if dancing while capped gives you this XP, but I read somewhere that it does. So even if you're capped again, you can still get the new dance.
Once you have enough, you get a popup box informing you that you can learn it now. You still need to pay 400k Dance XP to learn the dance though (just like for the first one)

ummmmm, can someone who's actually got theatrical II answer a quick question?
With the fixes comming through from TC *cross fingers, toes and everything else and prays* I'd quite like to actually have the second base dance. I did a quick bit of maths though and recon that gaining it will take somewhere in the region of 27 hours straight dancing.
I know I must be missing something here, so could someone point me in the direction of how to do this without driving myself mad in the process? I can't even macro the damn thing and stop in wandering off, which is putting a real crimp in my ability to chat to everyone while dancing
