Dancer Archive

This one is quite a funny bug and i figured it out after the last big patch. I thought you can use it for fun because I was a Master Dancer already and didnt see the actual "feature" of this bug. No it seems that many people know this bug and the developers dont know it, so I hope you take care about it Ravenmist.

The bug funtions quite easy.

1.)Take your best music instrument into your hand (if it is a omni box or a nala just stand next to it and target the instrument)

2.) Begin to dance whatever you like, best would be something where you dont move from your position. It can be something like basic too, the dance doesnt matter.

3.) Get the other musicians in your band to change the music (/changebandmusic song).

And suddenly you realise that you dont dance anymore but play your instrument. Well that is funny so far because you can even hear you playing the song and see the moves of the musicians flourishes.

First the funny part:

Put your instrument away (mandoviol looks best). You can now make the flourishes of your mandoviol without even having that instrument in your hand. Now begin your Air-Mandovoil Contest (Air-Guitar Contest). CHEEER!!!

Second, the bug/cheater part:

Okay, you play now on your instrument. If you flourish you can see the musicians flourishes although you dont change your basic rythm of the instrument (so you can play musician flourishes, just only do the moves).

The big difference is that you now get dancing xp at the amount of your musicians xp. you dont get it? well let me explain it again. would you normally play that instrument (e.g. nala) and play that song (e.g. waltz) you would normally get about.. lets say 140 musicians xp. But your dancing is poor and you can only dance formal which gives you about 28 xp per flourish (whatever). When you now use the bug, choose basic 1 even and then change to your instrument as described before, you get 140 dancing XP while dancing basic 1.

This is how a master musician can become a master dancer in only a few days...

Maybe you will now understand why I dont like that bug because I've worked for a month to get my master dancer....
