you can also go into options and turn on timestamps for messages and do it just by watching the messages in your chat window.

Or you could set up a macro /pause 600; /stopdance

you can also use the /echo command, if you just want a message to appear in your system spam, like so:

/pause 600; /echo \#00ff00Mind Buff Complete!

this will wait 10 minutes, then give you a bright red 'Mind Buff Complete!' in your system messages, so you can inform your customers that they're all set to go.
