What aremusic and dance enhancement tapes? Who makes/has them? How do you use them?

They drop in the environment from things you kill. You use them by sticking them into clothing that has sockets.

What drops them, I've no idea.

One thing to add is not ALL clothing has sockets speak to your tailor about sockets, and examine your clothing (the name should be in green if it has sockets but all the hex coloring that went on you cant be sure)

They are dropped by NPC's altho they seem to drop less often these days. Thay are also getting VERY expensive, hardly worth the cost anymore.
