Any idea what this do or what it is worth?

I heard it gives bether mind buffs but can anyone confirm this?

It increase the size of the mind buff by +10%. Do you mind telling us where you found that tape?

Don't sell it for less than a million. You can probably get up to 1.5 or 2 for it. It means if someone's mind is at 1000 and you give them a buff, the buff will put their mind at 2100. People will pay extra for that 100 points of mind.
