Kind of a take pity on me post but what the heck. I play on eclipse but my little girl who is 8 yr old wanted to have a character too so i set helped her design and set up an entertainer/dancer toon in Bestine tatt on the chilestra server . Was just wondering if any of you nice people would be kind enough to donate some old clothes etc and maybe some high level image design to deck her out as i wont have the time to go out hunting with playing my own character. Would be very much appreciated and id be happy to help anyone out with cash and goods on the eclipse or chimaera server
Thank you

I'm not on that server, so I cannot really help much, but I would seriously think twice before having an 8 year old play a dancer, considering the crap I've seen in cantinas. Best watch over her shoulder constantly. There's a reason this game is rated teen.

Appreciate the concern but dont worry she only plays with me there anyway. To be honest in the somewhat to be desired society of today its no worse than what she picks up at school however i will be vigilant and the ignore command is always there. Thanks

You know your daughter better than anyone, but I have to just reiterate what Javy said. My eight year old has begged me to create a character for her and I am personally not willing to do that. As a female master dancer, I've experienced some nasty stuff from "patrons" even with the language filter on. Just be vigilant.
And, I am also on a different server so I'm afraid I can't help with donations either . . . ![]()

I am a tailor on Chilastra and would be happy to make her clothes (for free). Have her (or you)send me an in game email and have her come in for a personal fitting. That way I could make something she would like that is not too risque.

no offense but why would anyone be letting a kid that young play a game like this? In the cantinas there is everything from lewd language, gestures, emotes, conversations about lesbianism are rampant (not that anything is wrong with it
) I have even seen BDSM everywhere, just about every person i see in the cantina has a master or a mistress, slavery and all sorts of other themes. Definitely not a place for an 8 year old, you best be prepared to hit addignore a lot.

I also witnessed the darn Gor crap in the Cantina, and it made me wanna heave so I left. Maybe another profession would be better for her? However, what is the difference between the game and TV/magazines nowadays?

Yes keep an eye on her. This is an itended PG game but can get a little much. I spend 90% of my time in cantinas and things can get a bit raw. Some cantinascan to beworse than others catering to certain crowds. Do some field reasearch in the cantina where your daughter will be dancing.

Please have your daughter contact Leona in game on the Chilastra server, we also have come across another young girl playing and she could use the company of someone her own age. IN addition this young player is a Novice Tailor
it would be great if we can get these two together for fishing and dancing and crafting together. In addition our young friend has an alt character that is a master dancer (will wonders never cease!)

Yes, she is a bit young, but if you bring her out to Naboo, to a city called Clear Water plains, south of Kaadara, we would take care of her. Leona is there, as well many other professional musicians and dancers. We are rarely lewd (ok, so sometimes the inuendos do get a little silly), and know how to play politely. Also, we have a resident wookiee who plays with his son, a bothan (very cute pair).
Of course, I dont' guarentee that our city is the ideal place for someone so young, but I would suggest that you get her out of the common cantinas, and find a nice player city to play in where the players are a little more mature.
