Anyway, is denyservice broken? I ask because I was dancing in the cantina in Bestine yesterday and there was a small skirmish going on outside the cantina. I am an imperial and was grouped with the imperial members of said skirmish. I wanted to heal them and not the opposing team, so I put denyservice on all the rebels coming in trying to watch me but they were still able to watch me. I don't use denyservice often, only in cases such as these, so I'm wondering if its broken or maybe I didn't do it correctly?

I believe they can still watch you, they just won't get healed by you. As far as I know, /denyservice does not prevent the "watching/listening animations" or anything like that. It just sends a message to the denied party that you have denied service. If they're still going to watch you they won't get healed from it.

I'll have to test that out because I was told by one of the people that I denied that denyservice does nothing.

He may have been trying to get you to type /denyservice again. Entering it twice undenies the target.
