i am a master tailor but love dancing.. i am also novice pistoleer and don't want to give it up...i dont' have enough skill points to master dance... this is what i'm wondering ... if i acquire all the boxes for mind enhancement and get the exotic dance will i be able to give mind buffs?????

Yup just go up the first tree, the one that gives skill mods in +mind enhancement. My alt character is master doc / 4000 dancer / 4000 musician, so I can give myself a full master doc buff and +75% on mind, focus, and willpower

You don't need exotic dance, any dance seems to work.
