Donno if there's even a point to saying this, but it's 4am so i'm not exactly thinking like normal... I was talking to one of my friends about the stuff that's screwed up with dancer, and he asked why not a whole lot had been done yet, and I started wondering... Is there anything more we can do than just sit here and beg the devs to give us what we want? Donno if i'm alone in thinking this but I really would love this profession so much more if things were fixed, I wanna help the process speed up a little, is that possible? Sorry how this is one paragraph, just paranoid about hitting enter and this thing sending itself without me being done, but i'm done now! *-presses enter-*

I think we're doing the process the best way we can right now. Ravenmist was very good about staying on top of issues and in contact with the Devs/TH. After we see what happens with the end of the holo system and our new stuff starts going in, I think we'll get some real attention.

Tiaga and NewJedi are both still very active, and most of their issues relate to ours as well. So we aren't exactly orphaned even though RM is taking a much deserved break. We should have a new correspondent settled in by the time the changes are coming up, so I think it will be fine.

Things are improving, we just won't be seeing any big sweeping changes just yet.

Is there more we as players and paying customers can do? Hell yes. We need to badger, complain and demand attention just like every other profession. Squeeky wheel gets the greasin' and all. Entertainers are the least popular role in the game and as soon as the holotainers are gone that fact will become glaring.

I'm afraid its not that simple. The new players on the servers simply are so dependent on 24/7 free services that they'll simply all chip in and buy a guild mule.

a few of us have been sending in our share of bug reports plus talking to some of the devs in person about certain bugs. we know they have a lot of stuff to do, but constant reminder helps

Oh my god yeah.... I'm a Master Dancer/ Mayor of a city on Ahazi and have been having a terrible time trying to drag players from the NPC cities. All these D--MN holo ents inCoronet keeps the profession from being a real one. Nobody wants to use the player cantina's.... its not free I mean ya can't just run in there get a free heal and leave unnoticed like you can in Coronet or Theed.

As soon as the holo ents leave the NPC cities I think things will get better for the profession, and for player cities. I think its a race right now for who can organize their cities services system so that when Coronet/Theed (or I dunno how it is on other servers)start to empty out people will know what player city has ents (and doctors) and the traffic will leave the NPC cities and come to the cantina's where we can actually make a business out of it. Charge an entrance fee, or rent out space to chef/tailor/doc vendors, hold events you can charge extra admission for, etc... the boundries of your imagination are the limits.

Back to the main issue.... I have found as a mayor I hold some weight with the CSR's... and the bigger your city the more weight you will have. I mean I get responses to tickets in a matter of minutes.... its like sending an IM So if you really want to make your wheel the "sqeeky" wheel have your mayor get into the fray, ask him/her to write a ticket about the impact your classes problems are having on the city... I did, and thereponse was positive and rapid

CSRs won't really help with this case =/ when my city has a problem i panic to the closest QA/dev (since TC have no CSR support), however when i have a game feature problem or non urgent bug they still ask me to submit a feature request or bug report.

since this is a gameplay issue and not a bug, your best bet is to voice your concerns with the entertainer correspondents. they've been doing a great job (i know ravenmist and tiaga regularly nag the devs), and there really isn't much else you can do besides stay active in the profession as well as the forums.
