OK i realize that flourishes requore a pause between them say of 10-15 in my macro..but what about techniques such as smoke bomb and lights etc... can i insert these anywhere in my macro or do they need pauses in between them as well???

Depending on the effect you can get them to go off every 3-5 seconds
