Thread: Help! Who takes T'ssolok for shorter buffs? Doesn't work.

Just a quick question. Our Master Dancer is taking T'ssolok to increase the speed up buffs by 43%, but it is not wokring. One on one buffs or in a group? Is the dancer suppose to take this or is the person who is getting the buff?
Any help would be appreciated.

I've never used it myself but I hear it's the person being buffed that takes it.

Tried it both ways...having the person being buffed drink it and drinking it myself....and still haven't seen any results
