Increase resource quality for chef crafting by 2%,
Increase assembly success for chef crafting by 10%,

Increase tailor experience by 15%,
Incrase resource quality for tailor crafting by 2%,
Increase assembly success for tailor crafting by 10%,
Increase experimentation success for tailor crafting by 10%.
Increase Bio-engineer experience by 15%,

Modify Hiring by 20 points.
Increase holoemote generator charges. (we got 50 charges)
Use more instruments.
I think it'd be great if the devs could modify complexity with these buffs, as in a reduction, because it would essentially give lower factory times, which I'm sure would help out a lot of the BE's and other crafters.
Little disappointed it was reduced to 2% *ugh* but I'll survive. 5% would have been a better compromise for me as a chef, but I can understand the other professions needs.
Aside from that, looks good!
Or that it reduces the resources needed. Instead of 50 metal you need only 45 or so.

I know I suggested that back in the original suggestions thread so mebbe there's some issue with it, or mebbe iti's still int he future, or mebbe it just fell through the cracks

Drop the instrument abilities for musicians. If a novice can play my master level instruments then a padawan should be equivelant to a knight when buffed. Why have master level instruments?
I know I’m straddling the fence on this one also, but it’s my understanding the buff only increases the instrument skill by 2 boxes so I guess it’s not that bad.
One question however. How will it effect leveling musician’s exp gain? With dancers it’s the dance which determines how much exp we get, so I guess that’s why the “torches” and not dance-up buff for us. But with musicians, the higher the instrument the better the exp. Or has this changed recently? I admit it’s been a while since I cared about exp gain.
I hope it stays Instruments though.
