There are a few reasons I'm hesitant to do this. One is that there are 9 pages up there on that thread of people who are likely to get mad at me if I disregard it. Second, there are potential problems with having a crawl to commemorate this sort of thing. Some will find it offensive that we are having a big party to honor what is obviously a sad event. It might also cast a pall for a lot of people on what otherwise would be a happy, fun and light-hearted event. I personally have no issue celebrating the end of a life with a huge party, in fact it's what I'd like for myself when the time comes, but others may take offense.
What I'd like to do instead is dedicate the resulting video to her memory. This is not only a fitting tribute (in fact I dedicated one to Rria before her untimely demise), but is also more lasting as the video lives on past the end of the event.
If I might, I'd like toadd my thoughts on this. Your request is understandable, but I have to agree with Javier and Eshi. Dedicating a video to Rria was a tribute that will continue her memory well into the future. The same would hold true for Else. I'd point you to the video we are talking about, however the Gypsy site is down at the moment for upgrades.
What'simportant is that we show our concern for Else's friends and family. A couple dozen or soof us on Bria got together with Doasa after Rria's deathto talk, remember, laugh and cry - it helped a lot.
Perhaps, though, Lilo could add a special candle for Else in the memorial cantina. Lilo? Your thoughts?
