OK Can someone tell me some combinations (macro's) to do for a good dance routine that I can give those I dance with so we can do sync dances???

You don't need macros, you just use /bandflourish (/b) and make sure you are all doing the same dance. You need to take turns initiating the macros if you are trying to get xp though, since everyone doesn't get bandflourish xp, only the person who initiates it.

Ok, this answers my question in a different post about synchronizing dances. I wasn't aware that dancers could do bandflourishes. I'm a little confused now though because one person said they were nerfed. What's the real scoop? I'm not interested in exploits, but I think it would be fun to have the dancers synchronized for formal theater venues etc.

Yes bandflourishes were nerfed in that only the bandflourisher gets the exp from it though you use action. I have a macro to turn off band flourish and I use it everytime I join. I will not participate in bandflourish untill EVERYONE gets exp for it.

Bandflourishes have become more of an experienced group function. Once several dancers or musicians get to a level they are satisfied with, and aren't concerned with getting XP at the moment, bandflourishes really add a lot of spunk to the performance. Seeing multiple dancers doing formal at the same time is awesome! Musicians doing the same flourish, all on different instruments sounds really great! Once you get to this level, it will be fun to organize with your fellow entertainers to trade off bandflourish responsibilities. That way you still get XP at a reduced rate. But once you get to Novice dancer/musician, you'll have enough variety that it might be fun to dance/play in unison every once in a while.
