Okay..so I work my butt of to get popular2 (dancing knowledge 1) , and its EXACTLY the same aspopular 1, (That you get at novice) except with a little more xp thrown in. Couldn't they have done somethingslightly different with it? Sad thing is, you need tobuydancing knowledge 2 (Poplock 2) to get tolyrical. But come on..at least change the dances a little bit..

Think its safe to say we all agree here. Think we where all hoping for a little more variety in the dances, not just 2 of the same.

The difference between the first and second versions of the dances is the dance step performed when you're not flourishing. If you notice, the second version of a dance looks more advanced while you're not flourishing.

I know..but couldn't they have made it just a little bit more noticable?

Or maybe slightly different flourishes.

Hmm. I agree that a greater number of unique dances would be very nice. But I have to say, one of my greatest disappointments with the current dance grants is that the advanced forms of two of our dances (okay, Formal2 -- honestly, that's the one I really care about) are stuck in Master Entertainer where I will never learn them. I want to be Master Dancer, but I have no desire to take up Music. I can understand the need to put something worthwhile in Master Ent, but why not duplicate them in the Dancer Tree as well? Even if you stick them in the Master Dancer box, at least we can learn all our dances by being a -Dancer- rather than requiring us to be Musician and ID to learn a dance.

Hmm. Okay, I apologize for the rant. Hadn't meant to go on so long, but anyway, I agree more dances would be nice, but also make ALL dances available to anyone who masters the Dancer profession! (Same should hold true for the Musicians, BTW, in regards to their instruments and songs.)

Here here 'Seph! I'll never understand why we need to learn music and image design to become more competant in dance. Maybe some of the light show effects should be in Master Entertainer, rather than two dances and one song that people dedicated to one discipline will never have. :-(

What really annoys me more then dance1 and dance2 being nearly the same is the fact that pretty much every dance only has 3 or 4 actual unique flourishes. Thats just lame. Get a new dance to have a whole 3 new flourishes.. wow.. talk about getting old fast. I sure hope they are still working on the dances to finish them, would be nice to know if this is all we're ever going to get.
